No, we currently do not sell our product direct to customer. All our products are sold online on several of the most popular online shopping sites.

You can call us at (920)487-5577 for replacement part inquiries. Our expert customer service team will happily get a parts order made up and we will get the parts out to you the day you call, or at the latest the following day.

Algoma Net Company products have a one-year warranty to be free of defects in workmanship and materials. Obvious exposure to weather conditions including; rain, snow, sun, and humidity are not covered under this warranty. Other damage not covered under the warranty includes; mildew, damage caused by abnormal use, exceeding posted weight capacity, placing in water or swimming pool, excessive swinging, improper care during storage, improper maintenance, and improper installation.  It is important to always inspect product when received. If you find a product defect, please call Algoma Net Company immediately.
